Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that during new drops, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary on your location, during holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical shipping rates:

- Slovakia: €6
- Nearby Europe: from €11
- Rest of Europe: from €18

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not controlled by BrokenFootballer and are the responsibility of the customer.
BrokenFootballer is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
If an international order is refused by the customer, any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or carrier handling fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BrokenFootballer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
