- the wrong item was received
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Customs duties, import taxes, and additional carrier fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to:
- incorrect shipping information
- failed delivery attempts
- unclaimed packages
may be refunded excluding original shipping costs.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet all return eligibility conditions outlined above.
